I recall being totally captivated by Caroline Shotton's wonderful cow paintings when I first viewed them through an art gallery window in Bath. That must be, gosh, around ten years ago and it was a real jolting experience to see Caroline's bold, humorous cows in a posh art gallery in picturesque Bath.
